CHW Registered Apprenticeship
Registered Apprenticeship (RA) is a powerful pathway for Community Health Workers to grow in their profession. Through RA, CHWs gain hands‑on experience supported by structured mentorship from seasoned professionals. This combination of real‑world practice and guided learning helps CHWs strengthen their skills, deepen their understanding of community needs, and build confidence in their ability to navigate health and social service systems.
By participating in RA, CHWs expand their knowledge, enhance their capacity to address diverse health challenges, and improve the quality of support they provide to individuals and families. Registered Apprenticeship plays a vital role in CHW development—empowering workers to make a meaningful, lasting impact on the health and well‑being of the communities they serve.
